This flexible policy has been designed with contractors’ needs in mind. Your clients can select only the cover they need to keep costs to a minimum.

Hired in or Hired out Plant can be covered in isolation if necessary. Competitive minimum premiums make this a very attractive product for our agents.

Contractors All Risks

  • Applies to all types of building work of standard construction such as private dwelling houses; blocks of flats; shops; schools; hospitals; factory buildings; office blocks and the like. All works at no greater height than 4 storeys and contract periods not exceeding 12 months. Not available for individual, “one-off” contracts.
  • May include or exclude maintenance or extended maintenance, employees’ tools ( max £500 per person)
  • Maximum Turnover £2,500,000

Own Plant

  • May include or exclude
    • loading/unloading
    • Cover while on hire or loan
    • Indemnity to first hirer
  • Maximum Plant value £250,000

Hired In Plant

  • Maximum Plant value £250,000
